This policy complies with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. All payments are processed by Kajabi.

Statutory Cancellation Right

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. To cancel, notify us in writing at [email address] within that period.
Important: If you request immediate access to course content before the 14-day period expires, you acknowledge that by accessing the content you waive your statutory right to cancel. We will confirm this waiver by email at the point of purchase.

Refund Process

Valid refund requests within the cooling-off period will be processed within 14 calendar days. Refunds are issued via Kajabi to your original payment method.

Outside the Statutory Period

After 14 days, or where the right to cancel has been waived, refunds are at the discretion of Portobello Advisory Ltd. Submit requests to [email address] with your order details and reason.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued after course completion, where a refund has previously been granted for the same product, or where the account has been terminated for breach of our Terms of Service.
